Simply put oatmeal and milk in a sealed bowl or Tupperware within the fridge at night time and within the morning it’s able to go. Really easy and tastes nice!

2/3 cup unsweetened soy, hemp, or almond milk

1 cup recent or thawed frozen strawberries, sliced (see be aware)

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions
Place the oats and chia seeds in a bowl or transportable cup, add non-dairy milk, and let sit for 1 hour or in a single day. Stir in sliced strawberries and walnuts.
Observe: Different berries, cherries, or sliced peaches may additionally be used.
