No Put together dinner Strawberry Oatmeal to Go (Recipe)

Merely put oatmeal and milk in a sealed bowl or Tupperware inside the fridge at evening time and inside the morning it’s in a position to go. Very easy and tastes good!

Serves 1

Components

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy, hemp, or almond milk

  • 1 cup up to date or thawed frozen strawberries, sliced (see observe)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Instructions

Place the oats and chia seeds in a bowl or transportable cup, add non-dairy milk, and let sit for 1 hour or in a single day. Stir in sliced strawberries and walnuts.

Remember: Completely different berries, cherries, or sliced peaches could also be used.
